Founder's Story
My passion for property management began over 15 years ago while helping manage my family's real estate portfolio. That experience gave me a strong foundation in hospitality, tenant relations, and creating well-maintained spaces people feel comfortable calling home.
In 2024, I purchased my first property, a triplex, intending to build long-term wealth through traditional rentals. However, after seeing the challenges of today's rental market, I decided to convert one unit into corporate housing — and quickly realized it was a smarter, more profitable, and more elevated approach.
With consistent turnovers, professional guests, and a stronger focus on quality and service, corporate housing became the perfect balance between real estate investing and hospitality. That experience inspired me to create a luxury housing and property management brand focused on providing beautifully maintained spaces and exceptional service for both guests and property owners.
